Skill&Earn is the world’s largest marketplace for digital services. Skill&Earn enables you to browse the selection of freelancers offering services and to place orders in just one click. A service offered on Skill&Earn is called a Job.

Signing Up

Signing up for Skill&Earn is free. Only registered users can buy and sell on Skill&Earn.

Finding a Service

You can find the services you need by browsing the Skill&Earn catalog in different categories, or by using Skill&Earn’s search engine and filters to find a specific service or seller. To read more on how to find a service click here.

Placing an Order

Once you find a Service you like, click it for more information, such as a description of the service, portfolio or samples of work, and pricing. If you have specific questions, we recommend contacting the seller prior to ordering. When you feel you’ve found what you need, simply proceed with placing your order. Note: All purchases are subject to a service fee of 10% on purchases $5, or above $5. This helps us operate our platform and offer 24/7 customer support for your orders.

Skill&Earn offers thousands of services. By using Skill&Earn’s search engine, you can narrow down your search to find exactly what you are looking for.

To search for a service on Skill&Earn:

From the homepage, in the top search bar, enter the term you are searching for and click Find icon (or press Enter).
If you are visiting Skill&Earn (i.e., not logged in), you can enter a term in the homepage banner area and click Search.

Note: As you enter your term, the autocomplete feature suggests the most common search terms and the category you can find it in. For example, if you enter “logo”, the autocomplete will suggest “logo design”.
Once on the results page, you can find specific filters at the top of the page and on the side of the page. These filters vary depending on the category or subcategory.

The following are the most common filters, located on the left side of the page:

  • Delivery Time: This filter allows you to find sellers based on delivery time.
  • Price Range: This filter allows you to search between two price points.
  • Online Status: This filter lets you know that the user is currently logged in to Skill&Earn’s website or mobile application.
  • Seller Level: This filter allows you to find sellers based on their levels, from a new seller to a top-rated seller.
  • Seller Language: Skill&Earn sellers are located in all parts of the world. Sellers can indicate which languages they speak, allowing you to filter by language and providing you with the opportunity to write to a seller in your native language.

Depending on the category, you will see more filters. For example, Graphics & Design has Style, File Format, and Service Includes to better narrow down what you are looking for.

Note: As you select certain filters, you will see them listed just above the marketplace. You can click (X) button to remove them.

Once logged in, you can find a Job by searching the site, or by browsing the thumbnails on the category or subcategory pages.

To place an order:

You must first register on Skill&Earn before placing orders. For more information, see Creating an Account.

  1. From within the marketplace, click the thumbnail of the Job you would like to order (purchase).
  2. Once on the Job page, make sure to read a description of the service being offered. You can also look at the seller’s work samples or customer reviews further down the page.
  3.   Note: If you have specific questions, we recommend contacting the seller prior to ordering.
  4. Click Proceed to Order.
    You can upgrade your order if the seller offers extra services. Click the Plus icon to add an extra service. You can also select the quantity you would like.
  5. Review your order, and then click Order Now.
    If you have money in your Skill&Earn balance (greater than or equal to the amount of your order), it will be used and you won’t incur a service fee. If you don’t have money in your Skill&Earn balance choose a payment option:
    – If paying with PayPal click Continue and fill out your details.
    – If paying with a credit card fill out your details and click Make Payment.
  6. After your order processes, you will need to fill out requirements so that your seller can start working. In the requirements area, fill out all the necessary details and attach files (if needed), and click Start Order.

Note: The payment is held by Skill&Earn until you approve and accept the delivery.

Sending Custom Offers/Buyer Requests

Sending Offers allows you to be proactive and offer your services to potential buyers in a customized manner.

Your Job is the service that you sell on Skill&Earn. Creating your Job is an opportunity to show off your talent and provide buyers with all the information they need to help them decide to do business with you.

To create a Job:

  1. After you log in, click Selling > Jobs.
  2. Click CREATE A NEW JOB.

Note: If this is your first time creating a Job, click Selling > Start Selling, fill out your seller profile, and then proceed to creating your Job.

Step 1: Overview

  1. In the JOB TITLE field, write a title of up to 80 characters.
    Your title should be short, clear, and to the point.
  2. In the CATEGORY drop-down menu, select the appropriate category and then subcategory for your Job.             Note: Skill&Earn will recommend categories and subcategories based on your title. To select a category,                   just click the relevant link.
  3. In the SERVICE TYPE drop-down menu, choose a service type to ensure you appear in the search results related to the category you selected.                                                                                                                                             Note: This feature is only available for certain categories.
  4. In the JOB METADATA area, select the relevant criteria for each topic.                                                                            Note: This feature is only available for certain categories.
  5. In the SEARCH TAGS field, add a minimum of one word or phrase that best describe your Job.

STEP 2: Scope and Pricing

  1. In the Name your package area, write a brief title for the service you are offering.
  2. Describe the details of your offering in the area provided.
  3. In the Delivery Time drop-down menu, select the amount of days it will take for you to complete your Job.
  4. Select the various items you would like to include in your service. This depends on the type of service you are offering. For example, if you are offering logo design services, you can select from a predefined list of items, such as number of logos to include, including the source file, or including a high-resolution file.
  5. In the Price menu, select a price for your service (ranging from $5 to $995).

Notes:
– In certain categories, you have the option to create three packages. Just click to turn on 3 Packages or click Try Now.
– If you create three packages, your customized extra services will be available to buyers when they proceed to the checkout page.

Adding Extra Services
You have the option to deliver your Job extra fast and charge accordingly.

In addition, you can offer extra services for your Job, which will be available to the buyer during the order process. These fields are optional.
In the My Job Extras area, select from the list of items available.
If you would like to add unique customized Job extras, then click Add Job Extra, and then fill out a title, description, amount of money you will charge, and how long it will take you.

Note: For each extra provided, select the checkbox and set your price and how long it will take you to complete.

Shipping & Handling
If you provide a product, you can charge shipping fees.
Select the checkbox, and select how much you charge to a specific country and then to everywhere else.

Note: If you have multiple orders enabled, you can select how much you charge.

STEP 2: Image

  1. In the Job Photos area, drag an image or click Browse and select an image.
    Upload photos that describe or relate to your Job. You may upload up to three images. The photos can be samples of your work. Each image should be in JPEG, PNG, GIF,  format, and up to 50 MB. The image should be owned by you. Do not use copyrighted images; otherwise, your Job won’t be approved.
    In the Job Video area, drag a video or click Browse and select a video. For more, see

When you have a balance in your seller account, you can withdraw your funds to either your PayPal account, credit your Skill&Earn Revenue Card, or transfer money to your bank account (“Direct Deposit” in the U.S.).

Notes:

  1. You can withdraw money 14 days after the order is marked as completed. The waiting period for Top Rated Sellers is seven days.
  2. You can only withdraw once per 24 hours.
  3. There is a $5,000 maximum per transaction.

To withdraw funds from your account

  1. Once logged in, click Selling > Earnings.
  2. If you have money available in the Available for Withdrawal area, then you have certain options to withdraw funds

PayPal

If you set up your account with PayPal, then in the WITHDRAW area, click PayPal Account.
A notification appears indicating the withdrawal process has started and you will receive an email. You will need to click the link in the email to continue this process.
Notes: 
  • The email is sent to the email associated with your PayPal account. If you do not have a PayPal account associated with your Fiverr account, you will need to set one up. SeeSetting Up Your PayPal Account.
  • The fee to withdraw is 2% of the sum withdrawal amount, up to $1.
  • The minimum withdrawal amount is $1.
Bank Transfer.
 
Click Bank Transfer.
A notification appears indicating the registration process has started and you will receive an email. You need to click the link in the email to continue this process.
Notes: 
  • The email link takes you to a landing page. Click Get Started and continue with the registration process through Payoneer’s website.
  • There is a $3 charge per withdrawal. Additional fees may apply based on your location and currency.
  • The minimum withdrawal amount is $20.
